National cyber crime investigation authority (NCCI)

"NCCI" is newly branched investigation agency from "FIA"(Faderal investigation authority).

"A new institution has been established to control social media. The authorities of the FIA Cybercrime Investigation Agency have been abolished. According to details, the government has issued a gazette notification for the establishment of a National Cybercrime Investigation Agency on the pattern of FIA.

The head of the Cybercrime Investigation Agency will have powers equivalent to the Inspector General of the province. The agency's head will be the Director General, who will be at least grade 21 and not more than 63 years old. The agency will have Additional Director Generals, Directors, Additional Directors, Assistant Directors, and other necessary posts. The Director General will be appointed by the federal government for a period of two years, which can be extended based on performance. The officers and staff of this new agency will require degrees in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Cybercrime Technology Laws, Public Administration, and Information Technology.

Note: FIA stands for Federal Investigation Agency, which is a law enforcement agency in Pakistan. The text appears to be announcing the establishment of a new agency to investigate cybercrimes and control social media, with a new leadership structure and requirements for officers and staff.
